Veg Hakka Noodles





Veg Hakka Noodles :
Ingredients :
Hakka Noodles - 1 pckt
Onion
Capsicum
Carrot
Cabbage
French Beans
Preparation Method:
First slice the onion, capsicum and carrot's...
then shred the cabbage
Chop the french beans
In a wider pan boil some water and break the hakka noodles and put em in and leave it to boil for 2-3 mins... ( look at the texture of the noodles before straining water ). To this 2 drops of oil so that u get the noodles unsticky....
then strain the noodles in a colander and wash them with cool water so that the wax content in the noodles goes off...
Then heat a wok, put some oil.. then add onions and fry them for 3 mins, then carrot cabbage, beans and capsicum at the end... fry them for some 4-5 mins...
Add some salt, pepper, chilli powder and stir fry them…
then add the noodles and mix them well with the half cooked vegetables... and keep stirring them for 3 mins...
check the seasoning and adjust accordingly...
