Mixed Veg Chapathi Fry





Ingredients:

10 chappathis shredded..

Shredded cabbage - 1 to one and a half cup
shredded carrot  - 1 to one and a half cup( i shredded the carrot with the vegetable skin peeler )
sliced onions    - 1 to one and a hald cup
green chilli ( as per ur requirement )
capsicum         - half cup.
french beans - half to one cup
tomato           - three to four tomatos...

Masalas:

ginger garlic paste
Garam masala
coriander powder
jeera powder
chilli powder
salt

For tempering

oil
cumin seeds
fennel seeds
1 bay leaf
2 cloves.

Method:

heat a wider pan, put in oil, after it getting heated add 1 bay leaf, lil jeera seeds, fennel and 2 cloves..
let them release its aroma...
then add the sliced onions and green chillies... after some time add the ginger garlic paste...
when the raw aroma of ginger garlic paste goes off, add the veggies one by one...
then add the masalas one by one... salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and jeera powder... ( measurements as per ur spice level )
cook for some 5 minutes... then add in the shredded chappathis...
add some butter at this stage...
mix them all well and cook for some 2 minutes...
keep mixing well or else the chappathis will get stuck to the bottom of the vessel...

serve hot with onion raita.....
