34th FBAB meet up @ GADANG SPORTS BAR, PARK PLAZA BENGALURU

Happy to start the review of "Gadang Sports Bar" with a rating of 5/5 as they truly deserve this score.

I was recently invited to the Gadang Sports Bar to experience their new menu as a part of 34th FBAB ( Food Bloggers Association of Bangalore) meet up.

What can u experience @ Gadang?

The Magic:

Gadang Sports Bar is one kind of a precious diamond to Park Plaza and to Marathahalli i should say. Sssss.. after all the tightly packed and hectic traffic of the city when u enter Gadang the ambience is so soothing and regal with a warm welcoming vibe, nicely decored with posh couchy and comfy seatings, perfect wall decors for a soothing bar to be, mildly hippy music with a very big LED wall screening ur favourite games and this time it was the great soccer - the EURO CUP 2016. not to forget the pool table, Fuss ball table, dart board will engage one peacefully while they can relish on their soothing drinks and appetizers. The glow and charm of the bar puts one to a completely destressed world. One can enjoy these luxuries with their attentive and courteous staff and have a cool laid back feel @ home experience.

Food & Beverages :

Cocktails:

The mixologist does wonders with the cocktails, a lovely twist, so creatively curated with an intense taste. For a mock-tail person like me, they can serve the same drink skipping the alcohol. They servied us these

OB-La-Di, OB-LA-Da which is made with some fresh curry leaves, pomegranate with vodka and a twist of passion fruit.

Yellow Submarine - Gin with cinnamon and fresh lime

Revolution 9 - Green peppercorn infused vodka with sweet and sour mix

Ticket to ride - Gin with hazelnut and lime, topped up with tonic water

Hey bulldog - rum, ginger and lime topped up with lager

Across the universe - dark rum with fresh green lime

Day tripper - fresh coconut with rum and sweet sour mix.

Appetizers :

The chef had curated some special and innovative lip-smackers which served as a great pair to the drink. The appetizers were so yummilicious and made to perfection and would like to name a few Panko fried fish chilli stuffed with jalapeno mince lamb and cheddar cheese, chicken wrap dumplings with sichuan mayonnaise, galingale and lime leaf mince prawns wrapped on sugarcane served with bird chilli peanut sauce, assorted non-veg sushi platter.

For the veggies it was onion and chilli stuffed paniyaram, sprinkled with gun powder , Spinacha dn Tri-cheese empanadas with pico de gallo and guacamole. , mushrooms and waterchest nut wontons with teriyaki sauce and assorted veg sushi platter. The taste of these still lingers on my palette.

My overall experience : 5/5

Walk into Park-Plaza, enter Gadang Sports Bar and become a cosy treated couch potato, enjoy ur time to the fullest with their amazing, twisty and creative cocktails with lip-smacking chef's special appetizers. Their mixologist and the chef has really got some magic in their hands and that keeps their customers happy and uplifted. Keep it on Gadang. U rock..

And yaehhh they have their happy hours too . Mon to  Fri 5 to 8 pm & Sat, Sun 11 am to 11 pm.
SO.. R u in search for that special place to delight ur better-half on their special days or wanna have a fun, cool, laid back luxury time march towards Gadang Sports Bar
