Hey, you all my lovelies, Wish you all a very very Happy New Year and I hope you all had a wonderful start to 2020! Okay! Now tell me who does not love Punjabi food made with oodles of ghee that will make you drool instantly??? I know you are imagining your fond memories of Dhaba food, sitting on a charpai or lied down on it like a boss and indulged. To a lot of you, Punjabi food is more than spices, ghee and calories, its an emotion!

As you enter M Cafe, all your senses will be refreshed and you get instantly transferred to a mini Punjab.
The hotel also changed their alfresco space to resemble "The Streets Of Lawrence" in Punjab and the guests literally soaked in all that ambience.
The entire space is so beautifully decked up with kites, sugarcanes, a photo booth where you can click selfies posing in those cute charpais and much more.
With 9 live counters, widespread main courses that serve exclusive and authentic delicacies, kick-start the experience by getting your lassi moustaches or just a refreshing Rooh afza drink. Then grab your favourite chaats from the chaat counter
Or... sink your teeth into freshly sauteed Tawa veg/non-veg which has an option of karela, arbi, cauliflower, paneer, kheema, goat leg and fish.
My favourite from the Tawa Veg counter was the bhindi, Listen up! who said Bhindi is an underdog?? The chefs made it so well and it literally deserves all your love.

Don't forget to indulge in the star dish, Atta Chicken, a whole chicken cleaned, pierced and marinated overnight in spices. The meat is encased in wheat flour dough and is roasted in a tandoor for almost three to four hours. The dough hardens, locks the juices and the flavours of the meat and the spices within making sure you lick your plate clean.
If the starters Kabuli Channa Tikki, Bharwan Tangri and Tandoori Raan De Parchai seems to be appetising, then the delicacies in the main course are no less delectable as Amritsari Kulchas, Pindi Chole, Sarson ka Saag & Makki ki roti which is a match made in heaven, Kabuli Channa Pulao, Meat Tawa Pulao and a lot of curries to choose from. Sounds like the main course menu is never-ending right? It was!

No Punjabi food festival is complete without its wide dessert spread. The Falooda, Til Ladoo, Pinni, Gajrela was an absolute delight and proved to be a hearty and happy conclusion to an amazing dining experience.
Overall, "Bhangra Beats & Punjabi Treats" will make you all soak in some Punjabi hues and make it a whole luscious event.
My piece of mind: Dig into the delicacies with bare hands and experience foodgasm at its best.
