Momos Chutney
Ingredients
Tomato’s -
3
Chopped Garlic - ½ tsp
Chopped Ginger - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves - 3 – 4 sprigs
Red Chilli paste - as per your spice level
Salt -
as per your taste
Green chilli - 2-3 as per your taste
Method:
Red Chilli Paste - Boil the red chillies in water for say 30
mins, filter off the red chillies, put it in a blender and make it into a fine
paste . You can put it in a separate container and store it and use it whenever
needed.
Momos Chutney - Boil the tomato’s, peel the skin , Also boil
or slightly stir fry the garlic and ginger ( This will remove the raw smell of
the ginger and garlic )
Then put all the ingredients into the
blender and make it a chutney.
This chutney tastes good with momos if it is made very hot and spicy.
Serve with hot momos
