Magnificence with Celebrity Chef Shazia Khan and TTK Prestige @ The Oberoi, Bangalore

It was a beautiful and bright Monday morning, I jumped out of my bed with a tank full of energy and great enthusiasm, screaming around with happiness!!!! , Guesss why ???? I was going to meet the most gorgeous and celebrated Chef Shazia Khan. All spruced up, braved the Bangalore traffic and reached The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts which was the venue for the event. 

The peppy Monday morning was all set to witness the culinary event with the Master Chef Runner-Up and Celebrity Chef Shazia Khan demystifying the Nouvelle cuisine for the home-cooks with TTK Prestige. Chef Shazia Khan demonstrated the usage of TTK Prestige's cookware and other kitchen equipments while she expertly crafted 6 exclusive dishes. 

About Chef Shazia Khan : 

To talk about Chef,  she is a runner up of Master Chef India and a Celebrity Chef hosting a lot of TV shows. She is a wonderful and a strong woman at heart, a business woman, board member of Delhi Public School, passionate chef and a lovely mother of two kids.  She is known for her proficiency in cooking both Veg and Non-Veg and also author of the cook-book "What's On The Menu".  She is a million dollar who can easily win the hearts of audience with her calm demeanor and pleasant attitude even under pressure. For Chef, cooking is a stress-buster and her happiness is when she see's people relishing her food. 

About TTK Prestige: 

TTK Prestige Limited is one of the Oldest business of India, founded by T T Krishnamachari in the year 1928. From then till now, Prestige has served the mankind with amazing kitchen appliances. They have come a long way from pressure cookers to over 600 products today. 

An Event to Cherish : 

The event started with Mr. Chandru Kalro, Managing Director of TTK Prestige addressing the crowd that a well equipped kitchen with the right cooking tools and appliances leads to creating that perfect dish and how Prestige products plays an important role in our daily cooking affairs and also on how their products are built on the pillars of safety, innovation, durability and trust. 

Chef Shazia conceptualized a fusion menu for the event. She started by marinating the meats and proceeded with other wonders. It was so much fun and very much inspiring to watch her cooking and playing with flavours . 

The entire crowd was amazed at her culinary talents. She is a free spirit and it's very contagious. I was even more blessed to prepare the crumble for her. The moments i stood with her to prep the crumble were golden moments. 

She enticed her guests with 6 expertly crafted dishes and here we go !!

Oopss, The entire crowd was buzzing with talks and tasting the other delicacies which chef prepared for us. So, i missed to click it, but these Puchka shots were loved by everyone. 

The Kitchen tools used for prepping these delicacies included Prestige Air Fryer, Prestige Slow Juicer, Clip on Pressure Cooker, Schott glass gas hob top, Automatic Mixer Grinder, Induction cooktop, Gold cookware and Veggie chopper. 

Things Need to come to an end to make way for a beautiful begining: 

Yes, as the event winded up slowly, to make way for a beautiful begining to a lot out there. People found their way back home with motivated dreams and  impressed with Chef Shazia Khan's culinary talent. 

Thanks to TTK Prestige for hosting the event.. It was great knowing their products, understanding the quality and durability of their kitchen appliances.  

We all took a hearty off from the event after relishing the sumptuous Lunch of The Oberoi, Bangalore which also included two recipes curated by Chef Shazia Khan.
