5 CHEFS, 5 BIRYANIS FROM 5 DIFFERENT STATES! COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT BENGALURU HEBBAL IS HOSTING A BIRYANI FEAST THAT CELEBRATES INDIA'S DIVERSE FLAVOURS

When a delicious food festival is held at Nazaara, Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, one of the most beautiful rooftop restaurant in the city overlooking the gorgeous Nagavara lake and also offering a stunning view of Bangalore's skyline, you gotta add it to your bucket list.  Especially when it is to celebrate the glorious food "Biryani", there is truly nothing like it.

So Biryani fanatics, you should make plans to go ahead and indulge in the "Biryani Feast" hosted by Nazaara, the epitome of relaxed dining. The feast started on 13th August and is on till the 19th August, with a well-crafted menu that emphasis on showcasing the best biryanis and celebrate the diverse flavours of  India. From Hyderabadi to Lucknowi, Kolkata, Bombay style to Malabar, there are 5 varieties of lip-smacking biryanis to not just warm up your hungry soul but to also excite your tummy.

What's Special About The #BiryaniFeast?

There's always something magical about a mouth-watering pot of Biryani, but what makes it extra special is how 5 different chefs have come together and put in their heart and soul to present you all aromatic and heavenly flavours from 5 different states.

Keeping in mind that one should enjoy this royal delicacy in its full glory, the team has paired it with equally brilliant accompaniments. For instance: The Hyderabadi Biryani comes along with Mirch ka Salan, Raita, Bharwan chilli pickle and Kubani ka Meetha, so that the biryani is a complete meal and an experience in itself.

Likewise, every style comes with yummy combinations to make you enjoy the gastronomical affair to the fullest.

All the Bengalis cocooned in the city, chomp your way through the flavourful Bengali Mutton Biryani. Topped with golden fried aloo, egg and hearty chunks of mutton, served with delicious sides like Rizala, cucumber green chilli raita, mango pickle and Bhune Chawal ke Kheer, this one is sure to win your heart and will appeal more than any other.

However, my personal favourite was the Royal Awadhi Biryani,  a more delicate version, served with mildly sweetened raita topped with fried garlic that soothed my tastebuds, Karonda pickle for that tart and spice kick, and gulab jamun is a must-try. I bet it will be a perfect offering for your dinner date.

There's also Bombay Biryani served with a comforting brinjal curry, raita and gulab jamun. Mallu's in the city, you can stuff yourselves with your favourite Malabar biryani.

While you explore a little slice of India and indulge yourselves in sinful rounds of aromatic biryanis, top it up with exotic and tipsy cocktails from the bar that has been exclusively designed to match these biryanis.  This is of course at an extra cost, but trust me, biryani and cocktail is an interesting affair too.

Regardless of what you're in the mood for, any of these varieties will have you sorted! For all of you who have found true love in biryani, this is your festival, hurry up and head to Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal before the 19th of August and celebrate the wonders of Biryani.

Happy Indulging!
